“I am trying to complete a list of names for the old Sally’s Cove cemetery, in order to get a plaque made in remembrance.
With many former residents of Sally’s Cove having moved to Norris Point, Rocky Harbour, St. Pauls and Cow Head, it has been difficult to find much information about who may be buried in the old cemetery.
I am sending this along to each community council, hoping to make anyone with knowledge of the old Sally’s Cove cemetery aware of my plan.
I am trying to get the most feedback (corrections/omissions, etc), and thus have the best information I can, before making the plaque for this upcoming spring..
Wondering if you could please post my attached list to your Facebook page, or share anyway you wish.
