Rocky Harbour’s Winter Carnival will begin March 4, 2022 at 6pm with Opening Ceremonies at the Gros Morne Regional Arena. Mayor Cullihall will be present to welcome everyone and launch the festivities. The Recreation Committee will be serving free french fries and cupcakes from 6pm-7pm, and there will be a free skate from 7pm-8pm.
